The Full Moon appears to be a scorched bread
Echoing Sukanta’s line, where
the full moon appears like
scorched bread, my work
reflects a society in which basic
nourishment is uncertain and
everything beyond food
becomes a distant luxury for the
majority.

Hope for tomorrow
In my country, slums
are frequently burned
to enforce eviction,
leaving families
displaced and children
without access to
education. Many
students lose their
books in the fires and,
even after a year,
struggle to replace
them.

Our neighborhood
We worked across
seven regions of Dhaka
city and identified how
different areas face
distinct urban
challenges. Through
this project, I mapped
these issues clearly and
presented them visually
to communicate
directly with
policymakers and city
authorities.

Eviction
Such a big projects displace people rather than protect them. In a country filled with informal settlements, slum dwellers carry the daily fear of eviction and homelessness.
